If it was them and De Novo Dahl I might actually cry a little. Even if Keith Lowen isn't a part of it anymore. *sigh*
I can't even get a hold of either of The Private's albums which stinks. I tried to look out for DND members when I was in Nashville but the concert I was at was SO overpacked I couldn't see anything lol.
No Shiloh, not The Bravery. De Novo Dahl. Or Black Kids.
Honestly, I think The Bravery would be the best choice since they both have very dancey yet alternative styles. I'd be cool if they did what Black Kids did for one tour where for the opening opening band they pick a local act haha. But that requires a LOT of coordination.
If that was the case then I wouldn't be able to see Black Kids so no. Haha.

They went on tour with The Bravery at some point no? Or was that DND?
DND toured with The Bravery RIGHT after Hot Hot Heat. Unfortunate since I didn't have the money, willpower to argue with my mother, etc to go to Orlando to see them. I have YET to see The Bravery and they've frequented Florida quite a bit.

They just came last month too. If only they had come this month or December it would have possibly been possible lol.
I want to see DND. :(
I've never heard of these bands, but then again I am a 32 year old video game developer that spends endless hours on a computer. When do I have time for searching out new great indy music ? So, I have to say thanks for the names & that I love you guys for it. ;) I'll be buying several, if not all of there albums I can find.

P.S. I've been a BIG Heat fan for years. Keep it up, keep it up!
Actually the Band I mentioned above(Young Indian Outlaw) played on the same tour you(HHH) did with Louis XIV. You just didn't play Dallas.
the bands in my post are links to their myspace sites
